Altus Capital Partners, a successful private equity firm, wanted to reach key audiences more effectively — especially American manufacturers with technologies ready to grow. The firm’s marketing communications did not reflect its strengths or its unique value proposition.

Eight's Approach:

Through field research and interviews, Eight and the Opportunity Team found Altus was recognized for management expertise, integrity, and the ability to find hidden value in manufacturing targets. Eight created a new logo and tagline. A restructured and redesigned website was launched with the new positioning. A new identity, stationery suite, and financial ads all strongly restated the brand. Consistency was key.

Result:

The corporate communications program refocused a more accurate image of Altus for investors and potential partners. The financial press had better access to better information about Altus through the website. Altus noticed the difference immediately. Altus Capital Partners has a solid brand foundation for turbulent financial times.
